- Open an order in our service tool - A delivery note is generated automatically
- Attach the delivery note to the product and send the package to us
- Your device will now be checked by our service experts, cleaned and equipped with new accessories. Important: Upon receipt, your device will be checked first - if a repair is necessary or cleaning is not possible, we will contact you. We cannot guarantee cleaning/repair in all cases.
- We will send your device back to you within a few days via courier service.
