Alex is a high-performance fan heater and fan in one. Despite his powerful performance and large wind distance, Alex works very quietly at the lowest setting. In fan mode you can choose between 4 speed levels and in heating mode between 2 – warming up or cooling down as required is guaranteed. When heating, the temperature can be precisely selected using a digital thermostat. With the 1 to 7 h timer, the device switches off automatically. Alex offers a high level of comfort – all year round.

Alex provides cosy warmth on cold days or turns into a fan at the touch of a button in summer, distributing. a refreshing breeze. With Alex, you can enjoy a comfortable climate whenever you need it.
Operation via Wi-Fi or remote control
Thanks to Wi-Fi, all functions can be controlled and monitored via app or with the magnetic remote control.
3D oscillation
Thanks to 3D oscillation, Alex swings horizontally and vertically with a range of up to 8 meters. This allows him to optimally distribute the warm or cooling air in the room.
Quiet and efficient thanks to Swiss development
The technology has been developed, tested and optimised in collaboration with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland to the extent that the device now works very quietly and efficiently. The result is, among other things, a powerful airflow at a minimal noise level thanks to a stabilised fan blade and the use of a spiral grille.

Find important information here
- Plug your Alex into the power supply and switch it on using the main switch on the back
- Press the WiFi button on the back of Alex until the LED on the front starts to flash
- Now take the remote control and press the ON/OFF button twice
- Now press and hold the “SPEED” and “TEMP” buttons on the remote control simultaneously via the plus (+) button
- As soon as the LED on the front of Alex stops lighting up, the remote control is connected
